Application
Caesarstone engineered stone is manufactured from quartz. Long lasting and hard wearing, these slabs make a valuable asset to any design application.

Kitchen and Splashbacks
Caesarstone high-end finishes are the ultimate in surface design. The non-porous surface makes it ideal for kitchens: benchtops, splashbacks, feature walls, panels and kitchen islands. Heat, scratch and chip resistant, these slabs are designed to last in both residential and commercial kitchens. Caeserstone slabs are guaranteed for 10 years but have a reputation for lasting well beyond a kitchen’s lifespan.
SPLASHBACK
Caesarstone makes a great splashback. Its tolerance to heat makes it a long lasting surface that can withstand the test of time. It is easy to clean and the composition means that the surface retains its new look. When used in conjunction with a matching Caesarstone bench top, the splashback and bench surface can create a seamless look making beautiful design gestures for kitchen interiors. Please view the specifications for minimum clearances, and always consider the building code applicable to your country.
THICKNESS AND SIZE
Caesarstone offers three different thickness: 30mm, 20mm and 13mm in standard 1440mm x 3050mm size. Grande Slabs are available in 1640mm x 3340mm. Please check with a Designer Surface Consultant for availability.
CUT OUTS
A Caesarstone Approved Installer must perform the installation. Consider subtle details when designing your Caesarstone benchtop/splashback/wall panels and kitchen island. Elements such as sink mounting, drain grooves and plugs should all way be considered before installation. Cut out must be no closer than 50mm from the edge of the slab. Ensure you speak with a qualified electrician and your Designer Surface Consultant before install.
JOINS
With two sizes available Caesarstone allows the designer the opportunity to create seamless looks, depending on your projects needs, with either the standard or Grande Slab. Different grouting options are available. Please enquire.
EDGES
Different edging profiles are on offer. Caeserstone recommends a minimum radius edge of 3-4mm for optimal strength. Available edge profiles include Pencil Edge (recommended 6mm minimum radius); Bullnose Edge (full profile radius); Laminated Edge (for a thicker edge look); Mitred Apron Edge (especially recommended for supernatural design edges); Shark Nose Edge (recommended for a thin edge/floating look); Splayed Edge (often used for furniture); 5x5 Shadow Line Edge Join (an excellent option for island and drop down panels).
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Caesarstone requires very little maintenance to keep it looking new every day. Clean by using soapy water (with a mild detergent) and a clean damp cloth ensuring your cloth does not have oil on it as this may affect the finish. Caesarstone specialised cleaning products are available to purchase. Please contact the team if you wish to buy these.
RESTRICTIONS
Consider the weight of Caesarstone if applying to any lightweight surfaces and always ensure that bench tops and wall panels will be able to be installed in the space provided (door width and spatial dimensions need to be considered for the panels to be manoeuvred once in the space).

Caesarstone is used for many surfaces in the bathroom from Bench tops/Custom-made Sinks, Vanities/Flooring to Shower Recesses and Window Seats. Caesarstone is perfect for wet areas its non-porous, durable, resistance to stains/scratches/household chemical, and mould and mildew. The large panels can create a striking seamless look or slabs can be cut down to a custom size for a truly one of a kind look in your bathroom.

WALL PANELLING
Caserstone recommends the use of 13mm Caserstone Slabs. However, 20mm is also suitable.
FLOORING
Anti-Slip treatment must be applied to Caesarstone flooring if so advised by the construction engineer or if required by local regulations. Warranties may not be applicable to flooring due to the highly polished finish many of the slabs have. Contact a Designer surface team member to discuss these details.
BATH AND SPA DETAILS
Caesarstone material is ideal for use as a horizontal hob and Vertical fascia panels.
